Description:

Offering Targets of Workplace Bullying a confidential safe space for exchanging support, receiving guidance, building awareness, knowledge, tools, and resources. Our goal is to offer adults who have struggled with this issue support and options for improved, ongoing, healing and recovery. This day will include a group discussion sharing stories, psycho-education re: what is workplace bullying and what we can do about it (including legislation), a healthy lunch, and an afternoon of drama and art therapy. We offer self care gifts, and a few little self care surprises.
