Show up. Be Seen. Live Brave TM based on the research of Brené Brown

Experience a one day Daring Way™ workshop.

This workshop is an introduction to the work of Dr. Brené Brown which focuses on shame resilience – moving from the culture of scarcity ‘not good enough’ to ‘living wholeheartedly’.

Throughout the workshop, we will examine the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that are holding us back and identify new choices and practices that will move us toward authentic and wholehearted living. The primary focus is creating an awareness of skills and daily practices that transform the way we live, love, parent, and lead.

“I am imperfect and vulnerable and sometimes afraid, but that doesn’t change the truth that I am also brave and worthy of love and belonging.” Brené Brown

This workshop is designed for your own experience, not as an instruction to use with others.
