A safe space for Muslim and culturally/religiously like-minded men to:
- Share thoughts about how problems at home end in violence
- Understand where emotions come from and how they affect loved ones
- Learn coping skills to avoid unhealthy behaviour and family breakdowns
- Understand the cycle of violence and its effect on children
Facilitated by Altaf Ali, MSW, RSW, this group provides a safe and private place to share thoughts, learn new skills and strive for personal growth.
