Yes, yes - you read correctly! This summer, every second Tuesday of the month (June, July, August), a group of amazing humans are getting together to practice Laughter Yoga.

Why? To relieve stress and feel awesome! And also meet all those fabulous people.

"Laughter Yoga is a unique exercise routine which combines unconditional laughter with yogic breathing (pranayama)" (Laughter Yoga, International University. Edition 2017. p.9).

It's very simple, and only demands you to come with a willingness to let loose. The facilitators will lead you through laughing exercises.

There are many benefits to Laughter Yoga. Here are a few:

- Maintains emotional balance

You will need:

1) Your willingness to let loose
2) Yoga mat optional

This event is completely FREE, although if you feel like getting rid of your pocket change, we will gladly help you out ;)

Please arrive at 6:45pm in order to start the session at 7pm.
